Online event with information on planned research projects and discussion opportunities
As part of the recomine alliance, technologies are developed and tested at Sauberg in Ehrenfriedersdorf that combine the remediation of contaminated sites and the extraction of raw materials from mining waste dumps and mining waters. To inform about these projects, the recomine alliance invites interested citizens to an online event. At this event, the project managers will introduce themselves and their projects, will be available to answer questions, and look forward to discussion contributions.
The event is organized in cooperation with Zinnerz Ehrenfriedersdorf GmbH, the City of Ehrenfriedersdorf, researchers from the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology, the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (Leipzig) and other partners. Further information on the recomine alliance can be found at www.recomine.de.
Due to the current pandemic development, the event will be held as a public video conference. If you have any questions regarding content or technical issues, please contact Lukas Wortmann (Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research): firstname.lastname@example.org / 0341 235 482369.
Duration: about 90 minutes
