October, 6 recomine co-organized another successful cross-border workshop - this time the last in the series- together with Wirtschaftsförderung Erzgebirge GmbH and Czech Geological Survey at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic in Prague. All participants were able to exchange information on procedures for the management of contaminated sites after mineral extraction and were given an outlook on future fields of action of the project "recomine SN-CZ" (funded by the EU Interreg program "Cooperation Saxony - Czech Republic"). Special thanks goes to Dr. Ulrich Bobe, Dr. Štěpánka Mrázová, Petr Rambousek, Jaroslav Reif and Philipp Büttner for organizing and managing the workshop!
