7. Third Party Requests
In order to improve our web services, our website uses technologies that process information about the current configuration status of your end device. This so-called device fingerprinting involves access to technical information of your end device by the responsible party in the course of the integration of third-party services (so-called third-party requests).
Google Analytics, Google Ireland Limited- web analysis
On the basis of § 25, Art. 1 of TTDP (Telecommunications Telemedia Data Protection Act) in conjunction with. Art. 7 GDPR (legitimate interest), we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). For this purpose, a contract for commissioned processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (legitimate interest) including the standard contractual clauses has been concluded with Google.
Google Analytics processes usage data (e.g. web pages visited, access times) as well as communication data (e.g. IP addresses, device information) on our behalf in order to evaluate the use of our online offering, compile reports on the activities within our online offering and provide other services associated with the use of our online offering. In this context, it is also possible to create pseudonymized user profiles.
Google Analytics is used exclusively by means of IP anonymization. All processed personal data is deleted or completely anonymized after 14 months. For more information on the use of data by Google, setting and objection options, please refer to Google Privacy Policy and in the settings for the display of advertisements by Google.
On the use and application of Google Maps
Our website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographical information, for example, to help you find us. The operator of the Google Maps services is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (legitimate interest), Google also collects, processes and uses data on the use of the map functions by visitors when using Google Maps. You can find more information about the data processing by Google in the Google Privacy Policynotices. There you can also change your personal privacy settings in the Privacy Center.

Cloudflare, CLaudflare Inc. - Content Delivery Network
We use the Content Delivery Network (CDN) to increase the security and delivery speed of our website. For this purpose, personal data may be processed in server log files by Cloudflare. The use is based on our legitimate interests, i.e. interest in a secure and efficient provision, analysis as well as optimization of our online offer according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). For this purpose, a contract for commissioned processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (legitimate interest) including the standard contractual clauses has been concluded with the provider.

8. Contact Form
For the purpose of electronic and encrypted contact, we provide you with a contact form on our website. Alternatively, you can contact us using the contact details provided in the legal notice. If you want to use this, we collect and process the data you have entered.
The following data can or must be provided when using the contact form:

Text content of the message
The data is based on (pre-) contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6, § 1 b GDPR (legitimate interest), processed and stored to process your request.
In addition, at the time of sending your message, the following data (to prevent or track in the event of misuse of our contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems) based on a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6, § 1 f GDPR (legitimate interest), are saved for 7 days:

No data will be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary in individual cases due to the nature of your request. The data will be deleted after your request has been implemented (i.e. after final clarification) or due to an objection by you, provided that there are no statutory retention periods to prevent deletion.
9. Newsletter
For the purpose of regularly informing our visitors, it is possible to subscribe to a free newsletter on our website. The content relates exclusively to your interests in our topics. Registration is on a voluntary basis, i.e. within the scope of your consent in accordance with Art. 6, § 1 a GDPR (legitimate interest). We only need your email address to register. The specification of further data (title, name) is only used to personalise the newsletter and is therefore not required for the registration process. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We hereby ensure that the email address you provided is correct and belongs to you. By specifying your email address and confirming the link in the confirmation email (so-called double opt-in), you consent to the fact that we use this to send our newsletter in accordance with Art. 6, § 1 a GDPR (legitimate interest). Based on the previous case law, the following data will be logged to prove your registration:
At the time of registration: date and time, the data you provided, in particular email address, IP address.
At the time of confirmation: text of the confirmation email including the time and recipient address, date and time of confirmation by link, confirming email address.
We use a service provider to send the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent for the future at any time by unsubscribing. Please use the unsubscribe link, which you will find at the end of each newsletter. The newsletter data stored about you will then be deleted immediately and you will not receive any further newsletters.
10. Registration
On our website we offer the option of registering for the internal area of recomine by entering an input mask. Registration is only on a voluntary basis, i.e. within the scope of your consent in accordance with Art. 6, § 1 a GDPR (legitimate interest). For registration, we need the following information: title, name, email address. You can change the data at any time via your profile. Based on the previous case law, the following data will be logged to prove your registration:
At the time of registration: date and time, the data you provided, in particular email address, IP address.
At the time of confirmation: text of the confirmation email including the time and recipient address, date and time of confirmation by link, confirming email address.
The data will not be passed on to third parties.
Of course, you have the possibility to withdraw your consent for the future at any time by using account deletion function via your account. The data stored about you will then be deleted immediately. Please note that use of the internal area is no longer possible in this case.
11. Links to External Offers
We use links to external websites and social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube). The integration takes place in such a way that when you visit our website, no data is transmitted to the providers of the external offers. If you click on the respective link or button, you will be taken directly to the external offer. This collects and processes your data - in particular log data (including IP address, browser type, operating system, previously accessed website, accessed pages, cookie information) - in accordance with your own usage guidelines or privacy policy, which you can view on the respective pages.
12. Your Rights / Contact Information
As a data subject, you can request information about the personal data concerning you as well as, if necessary, correction or deletion or restriction of processing or object to processing. In addition, if the data processing is carried out based on consent, this can be revoked at any time in the future.
